What are „Executive Search (headhunting)“ services we provide?

Executive search (informally called headhunting) is the process by which we gain our clients mainly Salesmen or senior managers by „direct approach“. The same when we search for our client Agent / distributor. This is the most effective and quickest way to recruit/find the person/agent. The people / companies who we are addressing are well established in their field, experienced and often do not have the time and interest to watch an advert, go through Linkedin, labor servers, etc... It is also important that personal interviews, negotiations are conducted p.Pumprlou, owner of a company that has years of experience in the distribution of steel materials and is generally "accepted" by Sales managers and distributors within the Czech republic and Slovaki.. How do we proceed?

Beyond “the requirements“ for the position is carefully considered the working environment of the client, the type of personality future manager candidate and his/her new boss.
